Order Processing Time

Orders for in-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM local time will begin processing the following business day.
​
For made-to-order items, processing and shipping timelines are determined individually during the customer consultation and confirmed prior to fulfillment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States only.
Available shipping options include:

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped, not when the order is placed. Transit times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on average order weight, destination, and shipping method selected.

Free Local Shipping
Free standard shipping is available for eligible orders delivered within a 50-mile radius of our store location. Eligibility is determined at checkout.

Next Day Shipping
Next day shipping orders must be placed before 12:00 PM local time to qualify for next business day delivery.

Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.
​
Next day shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes.
​
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Carriers
We ship using a mix of reputable carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on destination, package size, and shipping method selected.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

Theft after delivery

If a package is lost in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to initiate a claim. We are happy to provide shipment details upon request.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment due to address errors.
