How do I create an account?
1) Click the "Log In/Sign Up" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Choose to sign up using one of the options listed.
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?
After you've logged in, click the "My Account" button at the top right hand side of our site. In the drop down menu, click "Account Settings". Once you've made your updates, click the "Update Info" button to submit your changes.

How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

I forgot my password.
If you used Google or Facebook to create an account, you'll have to reset your password using one of those websites. Once you've reset your password, return here and login using that new password.
If you used your Email, click the "Log In/Sign Up" button at the top right hand side of our site. Select the "Sign In" link that's next to the "Already a member?" text on the top of the form. One on the next page, select "Login with email" on the bottom. Then select the "Forgot password?" link on the bottom. Once you fill out the form with your email and click "Reset Password", you will be sent an email to create a new password.

I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
After placing your order, you may click the "My Account" button at the top right hand side of our site (after you've signed in) to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information when your order has shipped.
Note: If you did not purchase the item using your account information, it may not appear there.
